
About the Owner
I’m Rod Chaouqi, owner of Bros Kabob, My journey started when I worked in restaurant business and I fall in love with it. since I was 20 years old, I started as prep cook to a line cook and then a cook for many years and then a chef, studied culinary Mediterranean cuisine and managed restaurants in San Francisco and Miami.
Preparing and cooking food is my patient, I worked and organized private parties and catering in many events, I have many years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant business.
I opened my first fast food restaurant in Miami with partner, we served Mediterranean food from Moroccan touch to Greek food and Middle East, connecting all the difference spicies.
My goal is simple, to serve my community with the best experience and have them test great Mediterranean food.
At Bros kabob I want to bring you great food family style and awesome service, I believe the hard working people in this area deserve to have different choice, than what’s already there now.
